- when you request access to our technical data; we do this to ensure that we are only supplying our sensitive data to our valued customers.
- when you request marketing communications from us about our new products and services.
The information we collect will either be processed by one of our sales representatives for the purposes of enquiries, sales and quotations, through contact at exhibitions and trade shows or via your registration on our website, www.prfcomposites.com. We will never ask you for more information than we need in order to provide you with the best possible service and to tailor our marketing communications to your business needs.
Our website tracks usage but does not gather personal details whilst you browse; we do not use cookies but we do currently use Google Analytics to track usage and to improve navigation and all-round visitor experience.
2. Security:
Your personal details are stored on our secure network, which has a double firewall and is accessible by local log-in only. Details registered on our website are protected by a secure server, an obscure URL, local access and secure log-in only. It must be noted that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. As such, whilst the security of your personal details is very important to us, we cannot ensure the security of any information which you send to us, and you do so at your own risk. We will regularly review our security measures in order to keep them as effective and up-to-date as possible.
PRF Composite Materials will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties without your approval. Unless required to do so by law, government inquiry or other legal proceedings, we will only ever share your details, where necessary, with our trusted suppliers after gaining your express consent. Our website, www.prfcomposites.com, is hosted by Paligap Brands Ltd. When you register your details via our website, you acknowledge and consent to this.
3. Use of personal details:
We use your personal details in a number of ways:
- In order to process your request for a quote, order and to fulfil a transaction.
- To answer any of your technical queries and to supply you with our technical data sheets (supply of technical data sheets remains at our discretion and access is granted on a case-by-case basis).
- Unless you tell us otherwise, we will also use the information provided to inform you about our latest news, products and services. We target these messages so that they are relevant and useful to your business and relate to the products and services we provide to you.

Please include your name and use ‘Opt out’ as the subject line of the email or reference line of your letter. We will process these requests with the utmost urgency and endeavour to update your records within 10 days from receipt of your request.
4. Updating personal details:
We endeavour to keep your personal details up-to-date in accordance with UK legislation. If your details change, please contact us by emailing mailinglist@prfcomposites.com or writing to us at the address at the bottom of the page. Please state the need to change your personal details and please include your old and new details.
